Sickle Cell Association of Kentuckiana
Our mission is to provide support, education, and advocacy to individuals and families impacted by sickle cell disease throughout the State of Kentucky.
Our Programs
Our largest program is our STAR Program, which stands for Support, Transportation, Aid, and Resources. We assist those who are struggling.
Our Activities & Events are a vital part of our organization. Events such as our annual walk and gala help fund SCAK and keep our community connected.
Our Warrior Scholarships assist sickle cell warriors of all ages in pursuing special interests, higher education, or entrepreneurship.
We are constantly working to help improve the lives of sickle cell warriors and their families through education and advocacy. We do this through our educational events and health fairs.
